What is the congress fee?

• Delegate: € 1.500,-
• Student/trainee*/health professional**: € 900,-
• Patient: € 900,-

What does this cover?
This amount covers your registration and hotel for the duration of the conference (from 22nd till 25th of April 2024; three nights).  The ISSjD24 team strives to organize an inclusive conference, with as many people as possible staying in the same place. We hope this will foster a feeling of community, and new collaborations as a result. In order to do this, we have designed very economical packages for registration, including hotel nights in the same hotel as the conference.

Please be aware:
The congress fee is based on single room basis. 
If you share a double room with your partner, there is an additional total fee of € 250 per room. This fee includes dinner on Monday and Wednesday.
If you will share your room with another delegate, a € 150 discount per delegate applies.

Is it possible to arrange my own accommodation?
Our strong preference is for you to take advantage of the arranged conference package. However, we understand that you may have other preferences and have also catered to these below:

• Delegate: € 1.200,-
• Student/trainee*/health professional**: € 600,-
• Patient: € 600,-

* To apply for discounted registration as a PhD student /non-tenured scientist under 40 years of age: please send a confirmation letter of your trainee status including your date of birth from your head of department to the conference organization.

** To apply for discounted registration as a health professional (for example: dental hygienists, opticians/optometrist, nurses): please send a proof of function to the conference organization.

Additional nights
Any other nights are on request, subject to availability and at your own expense. 
In case you would like to extend your stay at hotel Zuiderduin, you can request extra dates upon your online registration. The congress organisation will check the availability for you. Please note that this additional booking is not final until you have received a confirmation email from the congress organisation, stating that the additional nights are confirmed. You will pay for the extra night(s) at the hotel upon your check-out. 

Is transportation from/to the airport included? 
No, the airport transfers are not included. In the near future (approx. february 2024) we will publish a link where you can book your private or shared airport transfer; from Schiphol directly to the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Hotel Zuiderduin?
Check-in: 15.00 hrs 
From 13.00 hrs you are welcome to use the hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and saunas.

Check-out: 10.30 hrs
On your departure day, you can still make use the hotel facilities until 12.00 hrs.
